Walter A. Miller, AIA, President: Mr. Miller earned a cum laude degree in nuclear physics from Wheaton College and a license to practice architecture from the state of Colorado and from the country of Australia. His name and reputation are nearly synonymous with those of WAM Enterprises.

Mr. Millerís recent developments in the Pacific Northwest encompass a wide variety of projects with a total building area exceeding 2,000,000 square feet and a value in excess of $140 million. Mr. Miller established and maintained a well-known prosperous business as an architect in the Colorado region during the sixties and early seventies. His firm designed numerous residential and multi-family dwellings and in later years specialized in institutional and commercial projects.

Beginning in 1966, Mr. Miller began to develop properties for his own portfolio. By the end of 1971, this portfolio included several hundred apartment units, a number of fast food operations, various office buildings and several small shopping centers. For four years, Mr. Miller was in Australia with his family in youth-oriented Christian teaching. Upon moving to the Spokane area in 1975, he again began developing industrial and commercial projects (for sale, for lease or on a "build-to-suit" basis).

Bruce D. Miller, CCIM, Vice President: Bruce has proudly followed his fatherís footsteps, assuming the position of Vice President and CFO of the company in 1982.

Bruce received his cum laude degree in finance from Gonzaga University, with later studies in architecture from Eastern Washington University. He earned his CCIM designation in 1992. He now directs the financial, real estate and corporate functions of WAM Enterprises.

He continues to be actively involved in various industry seminars throughout the United States. Bruceís valued performance with WAM will ensure the companyís continued success for many years to come.
